PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This Villa is located in a calm but very prestigious part of the Prague- Hanspaulka. The area of the site is 900 sqm orientated to the south and there is a wonderful view of whole Prague. The main idea of the design is simple white volume articulated with openingss- windows. The sizes of the windows depend on the room they are in.
Tha master opening is a main living room with big cantilevered terrase. It is double height room together with a kitchen, a dinning and with a gallery in upper floor. A terrace on the lower roof of the house is accesible from the gallery.
In the ground floor there is a main entrance for all generations and a hall running through the house. It works as a divider between areas of each generation. There is also a garage with 3 parking places in this floor and a guest room with bathroom and small kitchinette. In the groundfloor lives the generation of grandparents. They have theirs own flat.
In the firstfFloor is a master living room, a kitchen and a dinning for the middle generation, rooms for children, a main bedroom with a bathroom. In the second floor there is a gallery connected with the master living room, an office, a terrace on the roof. In a basement of the house is a background for the house ,a plant room, a swimming pool.
