LAYOUT DESCRIPTION
This flat is for a young man, who works as an IT. He needs to work from his home, that's why a spacious working place was an important condition for the layout.
A heart of the flat is a small dining table. It is a connecting element between living, cooking and sleeping area. Right in the middle of the flat. From sides there is a small bookshelf. This piece of a furniture divides the kitchen from the rest of the space.
The flat is small, so I kept the colours very light. Not to be totally boring, I have placed there dark grey accents. As usually, a lot of space for books.
A bedroom is not divided by a door, the flat stayed as open as possible.
