FLAT DESCRIPTION
This flat is for a friend in my home town. She needed to gain one more room in this flat. It will be her office, eventuelly used for a guest...but possibly, it could be a room for a child.
We decided for a big opened living space with a balcony, with a dining and a cooking. Two separates rooms are attached to this central space. To achieve this, I had to switch the position of the kitchen, as it was originally close to the core of the flat.
The very pleasant parquette in a combination with white-dark grey furniture runs like a line through the flat. The entrance contains a furniture in this combination. One wall is fully covered by a mirror. Two doors to a bathroom and to a toilet almost disappear in the big surface of the mirror and the whole entrance area feels bigger and lighter.
The main living room is also furnished in this colours combination. A huge checker bookshelf is closed to the dining and the dark-grey kitchen. A sofa for relaxing is near to the balcony.
The new additional room has furniture in this style, as well. There is a big working table there with a dark grey bookshelf and wardrobes on the sides. Optionally this room could be used as a guest room, so we placed there a bed. A master bedroom is placed on the other side of the flat and fully privacy is so achieved. One wall is covered by wardrobes for clothes.
The flat has a fresh layout convenient for a young woman.
